What you may audit

Only public websites you own, manage or are authorised to review. We read sites politely and respect robots.txt, but you are responsible for the addresses you enter.

What the report is

An analysis of the evidence at the time of the run. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue. Content reviews are produced by an AI model and can be wrong; items marked "worth a human check" especially need your judgement.

Plans and checks

A check is one run of the audit on one website. Subscriptions renew each period until you cancel; cancelling keeps the plan until the period ends. A plan's checks are for the month they come with and unused ones lapse when the month ends, on yearly billing too. PayGo checks never expire. Failed or cancelled runs are not counted. Prices and limits are listed on the pricing page and can change for new periods.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of a payment if you haven't used anything it paid for:

• PayGo checks: none of the checks bought with that payment have been run.
• Plans: no check has been run on the plan since that payment. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal.

Runs that failed, were cancelled or were not counted don't count as use, and neither does the free check every account starts with.

To ask for a refund, email juzhpcom@gmail.com from the address on your account within those 7 days. Our payment partner and merchant of record, Polar, returns the money to the original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Refunded PayGo checks are removed from the account; a refunded plan ends straight away and the account goes back to Free.

After 7 days, or once something from the purchase has been used, payments aren't refundable, except for duplicate or mistaken charges, which we always refund, and where the law where you live gives you more rights.

Fair use

Do not use the service to attack, overload or probe other people's sites, to bypass limits, or to resell reports as an automated service. Accounts that do are closed.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report.
