What we store, and for how long
If we don't need it, we don't collect it. This is the whole list.
Your account
With Google sign-in we store the account identifier, your email, display name and picture URL. With email sign-up we store your email and a hashed password, plus the one-time code used to confirm the address. We never see your Google password, and your Jev SEO password is never stored in a readable form. If you're signed in to Google, our pages may show Google's one-tap sign-in prompt, which Google serves; dismiss it and we receive nothing.
Your reports
For each report we store the address you entered, when it ran, its status, the score and the generated files. Only you, and platform administrators for support, can see them. You can delete any report from its page; the files are deleted with it. Reports expire after the retention period of your plan.
Payments
Payments are handled by Polar. We receive your Polar customer id, the plan you bought and its billing period. We never see your card number.
Cookies
One session cookie to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies, no third-party tracking scripts.
Third parties involved in a report
Page text from the website you audit is sent to the AI model that reviews content. Page addresses are sent to Google PageSpeed Insights and to our search data provider. Your account details are not sent to any of them. Emails are sent through Resend.
Retention and deletion
Reports are kept for the period of your plan, then removed. To close your account, write to juzhpcom@gmail.com from the address on the account, and everything is removed within 30 days.
Contact
Questions, requests to export or delete your data, or anything about this policy: juzhpcom@gmail.com. Write from the address on your account so we can confirm it is yours.
